TerraZyme Distributor Policies
All TerraZyme distributors are bound by the specific terms contained in their TerraZyme Distributor Agreement. In general, however, TerraZyme distributors must adhere to the following policies:

-
Use of the TerraZyme Brand Name - TerraZyme is a registered brand name of Nature Plus, Inc. The use of the TerraZyme brand name by a distributor is specifically limited to those uses permitted by the TerraZyme Distributor Agreement. No other use of the TerraZyme brand name may be implemented without the express written consent of NPI. This includes but is not limited to use for marketing materials, stationery, website URLs and advertising.
-
Use of the TerraZyme Logotype - The TerraZyme logotype is a registered trademark of Nature Plus, Inc. The use of the TerraZyme logotype by a distributor is specifically limited to those uses which are permitted by the TerraZyme Distributor Agreement. No other use of the TerraZyme logotype may be implemented without the express written consent of NPI. This includes but is not limited to use on marketing materials, stationery, websites and advertising. All artwork of the TerraZyme logotype must be supplied by NPI. No other logos containing the name TerraZyme may be created or used by distributors for any purpose. All instances in which the TerraZyme logo is displayed must also be accompanied by the proper legal notice that TerraZyme is a registered trademark of NPI.
-
Product Claims - TerraZyme Distributors may make no claims for TerraZyme regarding its use, effectiveness or properties except for those provided in writing by NPI.
-
Websites - Distributors are free to develop websites to promote and support their businesses. Moreover, they may promote TerraZyme and display the TerraZyme logo on their company websites provided such use is executed in accordance with the terms of their Distributor Agreement. However, distributors may not create "unofficial" TerraZyme websites. There is only one, official, TerraZyme website and that is the website developed and maintained by NPI. For regions where active distributors exist, project leads that result from the official TerraZyme website will be sent to those distributors for follow-up and project development.
